Why is Splendid Speakers for you?
Movers and Shakers: Investor and multi-billionaire Warren Buffett says: "public-speaking skills instantly boost a person's value by 50 percent."
Longstanding Toastmasters member and successful entrepreneur Ronald Czachara puts it as follows: “As an entrepreneur in a fast-moving business, I always look for opportunities to learn and to grow. Some years ago, I visited Toastmasters and was completely blown away by the spirit and support. Besides communication and leadership skills, I learned and experienced something important about the environment people need to strive, to grow, and to achieve their personal and professional goals. The obtained skills help me tremendously to present my ideas in a confident and convincing way. Oh, and it is fun, too!”
Present with confidence, power and poise. Hone your personal leadship style to become a successful, well liked and self assured leader.
Hidden Talents: Free yourself from speaking anxiety, become self assured!
Toastmasters’ proven process works for anybody willing to put in the effort. Your progress is only limited by your effort and commitment. The program is self-paced; you decide how fast or slow you wish to progress.
Attending will give you the opportunity to free yourself from your speaking anxiety; presenting will soon feel quite natural. We have seen many progress numerous times. The system just works!
Seasoned Speakers: Get better at critical thinking, spontaneous speaking, and giving feedback
Even seasoned speakers can improve: Quick-witted answers! Flexibility! Negotiating! Constructive feedback!
These core qualities are practiced at every meeting. You will learn new techniques to appear competent even when speaking off-the-cuff and feel excellent while doing so.

Meet the Members:
The insights gained through my years with Toastmasters have been invaluable. I have learned how to say no, how to better manage my time, how to motivate, and how to inspire as well as lead others. Toastmasters has opened up new opportunities for me. I meet and engage with like-minded, energetic, enthusiastic, and successful people.
What I cherish most about Toastmasters though, are the memories, the experiences, and the new friends I have made with fellow Toastmasters from around the world.
To me Toastmasters is a place of enjoyment and inspiration. The spirit of Toastmasters is unique, very supportive and creative. As a coach and writer of wedding speeches I like to flex my rhetorical muscles and to try out new things, because excercising begets excellence.
Toastmasters is my safespace to getting on the stage and talk about topics that truly matter to me. By constant feedback of the other members I have grown into the speaker I am today. It has been a hell of a ride and I am still on my journey.
Some words about Toastmasters:
I joined Toastmasters 5 years ago. First I thought it would be a walk in the park, then it wasn’t. Then I started working on my performance and gradually discovered my passion for the stage and for trying to be always a little bit better than last time. The program works. And it takes you places.
As an entrepreneur in a fast-moving business I always look for opportunities to learn and to grow. Some years ago, I visited Toastmasters and was completely blown away by the spirit and support. Besides communication and leadership skills, I learned and experienced something important about the environment people need to strive, to grow and to achieve their personal and professional goals. The obtained skills help me tremendously to present my ideas in a confident and convincing way. Oh, and it is fun, too!
I started off at Toastmasters, and despite now being 8 years as an international speaker on the worldstage, I still love going back to my club. Not only to see other people grow, to help those grow, but to also keep growing myself.
There is no better place, no safer environment, to try out new ideas.
